Rambam Hospital's nursing training program ran entirely on paper: WhatsApp photos, manual forms, phone calls. I designed a two-sided system that digitized the process end to end.
Bureaucracy on paper
The enrollment process involved dozens of manual fields, document photos sent over WhatsApp, and tracking done in Excel sheets. No central place to manage grades, instructors, or curricula. Every question required a phone call.
Two worlds, two interfaces
The candidate needs a simple, reassuring interface — they're applying to a professional program and want clarity. The admin team needs power and control, managing students, grades, instructors and curricula. Two very different interfaces, unified by the same design language.
A process that was entirely manual — enrollment, tracking, grades and curriculum management — became fully digital in one place.
"When you digitize an old process, you can't just ask what to remove. You have to ask why it exists. Every field in the old paper form was there for a reason. The real work was understanding the logic behind it."
